Foals of the Year Photo Contest Rules
Sundance 500 International

With foals soon to be arriving, it's time to start thinking about the popular Foals of the Year Contest for all Sundance member breeders. Show off the best of your 2020 foal crop and the spirit of the Appaloosa with flashy coat patterns and great conformation.  Take those terrific photos of your 2020 Designer Models and enter the contest.  You just may have the 2020/ Foal of the Year!

Photos of the 2020 Foal entries will be published in the Sundance Newsletter, and here on the Sundance Website!

The contest is judged by all Sundance members in good standing. It is you, the Sundance members, who will choose the winners.  A ballot will be in the  issue of the Sundance Newsletter where the pictures are published. Once you have made your selections of your favorite foals, just send in the ballot by the deadline date. Points will be calculated and winners will be published in the next Sundance Newsletter, and here on this page.

Divisions - There are three divisions:  All Sundance Bloodline ApHC eligible Appaloosa foals (one entry per foal); ApHC eligible foals of other Appaloosa bloodlines (one entry per foal); and  Personality Plus, this is the category for the pictures of your foals doing those things that make you laugh,  open to any ApHC eligible foal (as many entries as you want).
