Sundance Breeder's Certificate

This Sundance Breeder's Certificate is given to the mare owner to let them know that your stallion is of Sundance bloodlines, that you are proud of that, and that their foal belongs to the Sundance family. This, like the Stallion Report, is just asked for, not required. We hope this will be a way to let others know about Sundance and the fine blood your stallion has. There is no charge for use of this form.

Sundance Transfer Form

This Sundance Transfer Form is to be filled out and sent in when ownership of your Sundance horse is transferred to a new owner. The form should be submitted by the new owner with the original Sundance Breeding Certificate papers, a copy of the ApHC papers, one good clear photo. The cost of each Sundance Transfer is $5.00 and should be sent along with the completd Sundance Transfer Form to the address shown on the transfer form.

Sundance Stallion Report Form

This Sundance Stallion Report Form is strictly voluntary and is to help us with the question of how many Sundance horses may be part of Sundance's future. We are not a registry, but knowing the number of Sundance horses we may have in the future should help us plan ahead for the growth of Sundance. There is no fee for this and it is not required for an SBC or any Sundance bloodline horse. The completed form should be sent to the address on the Stallion Report.
